There are over 100 ACA plans and short-term medical plans available in Arizona, but these healthcare options are subject to enrollment date restrictions.

HMO's

ACA plans provide benefits for services from all providers without referrals; however, out-of-network charges entail a higher cost sharing. When considering healthcare options, it's important to evaluate both ACA plans and short-term medical plans for your needs.

HSA's

Short-Term Medical and Indemnity Plans

Open enrollment is available all year for ACA plans, subject to underwriting qualifications and pre-existing conditions, allowing you to explore various healthcare options, including short-term medical plans.

Short-Term Plans

Typically, there is a network available, and the term range for health coverage can be from 3 months to 3 years, depending on state requirements. This includes options for ACA plans as well as short-term medical plans to suit various healthcare needs.
